Special Instructions Maintenance

This is accessed from the Tools - Special Instructions Maintenance menu selection from the main menu.

This is used to store commonly used special instructions.

Adding a New Special Instruction
To add a new entry, click the

button.

Switching Between Special Instructions
Use the list on the left to navigate between special instructions.

Deleting a Special Instruction
Switch to the special instruction that is to be deleted. Then, click the

button.

Selecting a Special Instruction
Switch to the special instruction that is to be selected and exit the screen. (This is only only available from the Look Up button on the Bill Maintenance and the Consignees Maintenance screens.)
