Export Freight for Accrual

This is used to export bills that have been marked as shipped, but have not been exported.

Export File Layout
This creates a comma separated value file (CSV). Text fields are wrapped in double quotes. The filename will default to the number of the first BOL in the file, followed by ".CSV".  You control the folder to which it is saved. This folder will be remembered for subsequent exports.

The fields exported are:
1. Consignee zip code (up to 10 characters) 
2. Origin zip code (up to 10 characters) 
3. Line item weight (numeric, whole number) 
4. Line item LTL class (up to 6 characters) 
5. Carrier name (up to 30 characters) 
6. BOL number (although it is all digits, it is treated as a character field; expect 17 characters, but may be longer in the future) 
7. Line item handling quantity (numeric, whole number) 
8. Line item handling type (up to 5 characters) 
9. Line item package quantity (numeric, whole number) 
10. Line item package type (up to 5 characters) 
11. Line item description (up to 40 characters) 
12. BOL date (date: MM/DD/YYYY) 
13. Consignee name (up to 30 characters) 
14. Consignee address line 1 (up to 30 characters) 
15. Consignee city (up to 25 characters) 
16. Consignee state (2 characters) 
17. Freight charges (numeric field with possible decimal point and up to 2 digits after the point; no commas or dollar sign) 
18. Hazmat (Y or N) (1 character) 
19. LTL NMFC # (up to 10 characters) 
20. Rating (numeric field with possible decimal point and up to 2 digits after the point; no commas or dollar sign)
21. SCAC Code (up to 4 characters)
22. Division (up to 2 characters)
23. Department (up to 20 characters)

Once a bill has been exported, it will be marked as exported and date stamped. This information is displayed on the main Bill page.
